Opt-Out

This page explains the choices you have about email from Mogean. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy (see "Email Communications"); if anything here differs from it, the Privacy Policy controls.

We send two kinds of email, and we treat them differently:

• Marketing email — product updates after a free-sample download or a brand/data request, and our monthly openings-and-closures tracker. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing email promptly — no later than 10 business days after you opt out — and we will not charge you or require extra information to do it.
• Transactional and service email — order confirmations, receipts, download links, subscription and cancellation notices, and support replies. These cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active order or subscription, because with guest checkout your delivery email is the account of record for your order.

Previously opted out? If you opted out of marketing from a prior version of mogean.com, we continue to honor that choice — you do not need to opt out again.

To opt out by request, or to ask about, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (including asking us to correct or remove a record in our product data), email info@mogean.com. Email is sufficient — there is no phone number to call, and no form is required.
