FAQ
Units are how the API meters results: 1 unit for each open row returned and 10 for each verified row. An empty result costs nothing, and a refused call is never billed. At the pay-as-you-go rate, 10,000 units cost $10.
Internal use covers analysis, dashboards and tools inside your own organization. Embedded use is for showing results, or what you derive from them, to your own users, for example a store finder. Embedded is 3x the Internal price on every plan. Redistributing the data itself is not sold here: email sales@mogean.com.
Cancel from your account at any time: the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for and does not renew. An upgrade takes effect at once and the difference is charged now, prorated. To move to a lower plan, cancel and choose it when the current period ends.
No. Prices are before tax. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
US businesses only. Before your first purchase you confirm that you are buying for a US business, and a US billing address is required.
Yes. Every account starts with a hard spend cap of $1,000 of credits a month. Credits are prepaid: usage stops when they run out, and nothing is billed after the fact. Credits expire 12 months after purchase, and only unused credits are refundable.
